I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were elegant and the menu lovely. However, the room was a bit cold. The service was impeccable, offering room service, laundry, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was ideal for those who can walk easily and enjoy a quiet street. The dining experience was excellent with a European menu and a breathtaking view.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room, though a bit noisy due to its location near the stairs, had a chaise chair but felt less comfortable compared to other stays in Switzerland.
